The name Youth Alive Malaysia was adopted in the year 2001. YA (Youth Alive) is a department of The Assemblies of God of Malaysia. A commitee was formed.
Initiated by : Christopher Long and Clement Wong
Endorsed by: The Assemblies of God of Malaysia
MOTIVATED BY 4-FOLD MISSION:

1. Reaching youths for Christ

2. Raising youth pastors, workers and leaders to spearhead vibrant youth ministry

3. Rallying with Churches to build and reinforce strong youth groups

4. Recognising and releasing youth talents and gifts for the glory of God

WHAT WE DO:

1. Spearhead the movement by forming a Youth Alive Committee

2. Set up inspiring youth conference, concerts, camps and training schools

3. Share resource by networking with other youth groups from other nations
There is a revival, a spiritual awakening among the youths of Malaysia. A great breakthrough and outpouring are anticipated. We are thankful for other denominations and groups that had joined our past activities and events. We thank you for your support. We look forward to greater partnership and networking to reach this generation today.

    must say tat i’m deeply impressed wif all the efforts u guys hv 4 d Lord.in such a young age wif such a heavy fire.keep it up guys.Press on for Him & usher His kingdom come.

    I had the privledge of hearing Pastor Chris Long preach at one of our youth alive events in Perth a couple of years ago. And he handed some singaporian money out at the front and asked that person to one day go to singapore and visit him. I never got one of those notes but i was deeply moved by this, and i had only just remebered about it when my youth pastor (John Vasu)had return from a trip there and it hit me that i want to do something but i’m still unclear of it so my question is how do i get into contact with Pastor Chris???
